I've been thinking today about what the character would be like. I can use my tablet now so I did a really quick sketch. Going off my alien idea, I came up with a backstory for them. They crash landed to Earth, learned about humans and wanted to sing to understand/connect with them better. I also thought it'd be cute if they pretended their antennae were just attached to their headphones so that humans wouldn't suspect them. I like girly characters so I drew them as more fem but if we decide they're a guy/a tomboy that's cool too.
I made their hair short to represent how 39chan's just started. Other than that, I took things from Miku's design and mixed them up a bit.
This is just me pulling things out of my ass though. I'm not saying 'okay we're following this,' at all lmao. If anyone has any ideas please share them!

In retrospect, I think I tried too hard to make them look weird or alien. I think them not being very obviously an alien fits in with other utaus. (like how Teto is a chimera.) With their age, I guess going off of 39chan they'd be at least 18 because of the age limit. Maybe they'd literally be 39 or 93.
I added some red to them after reading that note about whether we would want a fully green character. Yellow would be too close to Gumi and imo the red made them look more like a weirdo. Also it'd fit with the colour of the arm tattoo. But at the same time it feels a bit garish to me
I feel like the arm covering things being cloth was out of place too so maybe they could be more solid looking like the cryptonloid's coverings are.

I am a bit of an artist so I could potentially make art of characters if needed.
We on /miku/ tried to make our own custom loid years ago, but the project fizzled out because of voicebank issues. There was some girl who recorded a few sounds (a, i, u, e, o) but she didn't manage to finish all the sounds. I thought that the sounds she left might be enough to make a voicebank out of them but it would be difficult. She was a tomboy yank. A kind of a phoenix girl. Her computer was destroyed and she disappeared. But I believe one day the phoenix may rise again in the form of this loid. I came up with a design for the loid and made pic related. I put in the name too. Maybe you guys could also help revive this loid.. Well, its my dream to see it come to fruition but maybe its a bit of a pipe dream at this point.
Anyway, I may be willing to help with your project no matter what your stance may be toward mine. I like what you have so far. Alien girl? Right up my alley, since I was also on /hover/.

I may be totally off base so feel free to ignore.

Drawfags and editfags, i have a couple constructive criticisms before this thing is released.
First of all, I think the character is too green. I'm not saying change the hair color or the color of the clothes but i think the colors should be more balanced. Take Gumi for example: her hair is green, her eyes are a lighter shade of green, her goggles are red, her vest uses various shades of orange, boots white. I'm not saying change the color of the clothes but Sena/Eiiru could do with just a lighter shade of green for some parts. Streaked hair could work too but i feel like that'd just overcomplicate her design.
I also want to suggest giving her black gloves. White goes well with black so I feel like it could make her design a bit more interesting.
Once /leek/ makes up its mind about the character's name the arm tattoo should be changed - if Eiiru keep drawanon's idea - if Sena then change it to 77. We should also come up with a name for the utauloid family, chanloid is a bit vague: it could be 4chan, 8chan, 9gagredditchan, etc. A name should be decided first.

Obviously faking a SynthV can be hard but not impossible. The only way we can currently make a fake SV is with RVC… an 'RVC'loid, if you will. It'd basically just be a RVC bank with a character design attached to it. RVC when given high quality training data can sound convincingly realistic.
